Ингредиенты

  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 c. butter
  • 2 (8 ounce.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
  • 2 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn minced spinach, cooked and well liquid removed
  • 3 c. finely minced cooked country ham or possibly regular ham
  • 1 (15 ounce.) carton ricotta cheese
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 beaten Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. snipped parsley
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth

Инструкции

  1. Cook mushrooms and onions in butter. In large bowl, pour vegetable mix over stuffing mix, tossing to coat. Squeeze spinach to remove excess water. Fold into stuffing mix.
  2. Combine ham, cheeses, Large eggs, parsley, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/8 tsp. pepper. Add in to stuffing mix. Blend in chicken broth. Place in a 2 1/2 qt casserole. Cover. Bake at 325 degrees for an hour.
