Ham Slice Marinated In Apricot Sauce

Ингредиенты

1/2 c. apricot preserves
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. water or possibly apricot brandy
2 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 center cut ham slice 1" thick

Инструкции

Combine first 6 ingredients in saucepan. Heat till preserves heat. Slash fat edges of ham. Pour sauce over ham. Chill overnight. Grill 5 min each side. Brush with marinade. Serve remaining marinade warmed up with grilled ham slices.
