Ингредиенты

2 c. apple juice
1 teaspoon whole allspice
1 1/2 teaspoon whole cloves

1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger
3 cinnamon sticks
1 c. honey

Инструкции

Combine all but honey. Bring to boil 10 min. Heat ham 1 hour. Baste with sauce 20 min and then drizzle honey over and bake about 10 min. You can double it for whole ham.
