Ингредиенты

2 c. leftover ham, minced 1/2 c. bread crumbs 2 Large eggs 1 teaspoon prepared mustard

2 teaspoon chopped onion 1/8 teaspoon salt 5 tbsp. shortening 6 slices pineapple

Инструкции

1. Mix ham, crumbs, Large eggs, mustard, onion and salt. Heat shortening in pan. Brown pineapple rings. Remove pineapple. Brown patties. Place ham patty on each pineapple ring and serve.
