Ингредиенты

1 1/2 pound cured ham, grnd
1/2 pound grnd pork
1 egg

1 c. lowfat milk
1 c. bread or possibly crackers

Инструкции

Mix loaf ingredients well and refrigeratetill hard. Brown lightly in warm fat on all sides and place in pan with 1/2 c. water. Mix topping and pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs. Mix Zippy Sauce and serve with ham loaf!
