1 c. lowfat milk
1 c. dry bread crumbs
2 Large eggs

2 lbs. grnd ham
1 1/2 lbs. grnd lean pork

Инструкции

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Shape into a loaf and place in a shallow dish or possibly loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs. Baste occasionally with glaze. Serve with horseradish sauce. 12 servings.
