Ингредиенты

2 tbsp. butter 1/2 minced onion 1 c. cooked diced ham 2 c. precooked rice

Soy sauce mix (below) 2 Large eggs, beaten 2 stalks scallions, minced

Инструкции

1. Heat butter in heavy skillet and saute/fry onion and ham. Add in rice and soy sauce mix. Add in Large eggs. Mix well. Add in minced onions.
