  • 5 c. Plain bread cubes or possibly crouton
  • 1 lb Ham, minced*
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese, cubed small*
  • 4 c. Lowfat milk **
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper**
  • 6 x Large eggs**
  • 1/3 c. Corn oil**
  • 1 tsp Salt**
  • 1 tsp Dry mustard**
  • 1/3 c. flour**

Инструкции

  1. Place these in the bottom of a greased 9 X 13 pan.** Pour this mix over crouton mix and chill overnight. Bake at 300 for 1 1/2 hrs. Let sit for 10 to 15 min before serving. Cut into squares.
  2. Serves 12 to 15 (not at our house!!)
