1/2 c. bread crumbs 1/2 c. half & half 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon grnd red pepper

4 Large eggs 3 pkg. (8 ounce. each) cream cheese, softened 1/2 pound finely minced cooked smoked ham 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Инструкции

1. Grease 9 inch springform pan. Coat side and bottom with bread crumbs. Beat half & half, mustard, salt and red pepper, Large eggs and cream cheese till smooth. Stir in half and cheese. Spread in pan. Bake in 325 degree oven till set, about 1 hour. Can be refrigerated 48 hrs. Let stand at room temperature for 2 hrs before serving.
