Ингредиенты

  • 3 c. cubed French bread or possibly other bread
  • 3 c. cubed ham steak, already cooked
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3 T flour
  • 1 T dry mustard (like Coleman's)
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 c. lowfat milk
  • Drops of Tabasco
  • 1 teaspoon Lea & Perrins Sauce

  1. Grease 2 qt casserole. Layer bread, ham, cheese. Mix flour and mustard. Sprinkle over cheese. Mix large eggs, lowfat milk, Tabasco, Lea and Perrins. Pour over layers. Drizzle butter on top. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
