3/4 lbs. grnd ham
3/4 lbs. grnd pork
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs

1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. lowfat milk
1 c. maple syrup

Инструкции

Put together all but the syrup, form into large balls. Pour syrup over and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Turn once. Makes approximately 10 balls.
