- Heat the oil & butter in a saucepan.
- Add the onion and green onion and saute for a couple of minutes.
- Stir in the flour and then add the chicken stock.
- Bring to a boil stirring all the time.
- Add the beans, a pinch of salt, pepper and seasoning.
- Bring back to a boil for 2 minutes.
- Add the zucchini and ham and keep at a low boil for 2 more minutes.
- Divide amoung 4 bowls and sprinkle with chopped parsley to serve.
