  • 4 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 lb Swiss cheese or possibly mozzarella, shredded
  • 1 can Artichoke hearts, liquid removed and minced
  • 1 x Onion, chopped
  • 1/4 lb Mushrooms, minced
  • 1 x Salt, pepper, and nutmeg

  1. Beat Large eggs, add in the rest of the ingredients. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 375 for 30 min or possibly till toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  2. Makes 2regular quiches.
