Ингредиенты

1 c. shortening 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 egg yolks, slightly beaten with 1 tbsp. water

1 teaspoon baking pwdr 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. chocolate chips 1 c. minced nuts 1/4 teaspoon soda 1/2 teaspoon salt

Инструкции

1. Cream shortening and sugar. Add in egg yolks and vanilla. Add in dry ingredients. This makes a stiff dough. Press proportionately into greased, large cookie sheet. Press chocolate chips and nuts on top.
2. Mix 2 egg whites and 1 c. brown sugar till stiff. Spread this mix on top of everything and bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. Cut when cold.
