1/4 teaspoon grnd allspice 1/8 teaspoon grnd ginger 1/8 teaspoon grnd cloves

1. Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan, stirring well; bring to a boil. Then reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 30 min; stir often. Let cold.
