Ингредиенты

  • 12 x Haberno peppers, stems removed, peppers minced
  • 1/2 c. Minced onion
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. Minced carrots
  • 1/2 c. Distilled vinegar
  • 1/4 c. Lime juice

Инструкции

  1. Saute/fry the onion and garlic in oil till soft; add in the carrots with a small amount of water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer till carrots are soft. Place the mix and raw chilies into a blender and puree till smooth. Do not cook the peppers, since cooking reduces flavor of the Habernos. Combine the puree with vinegar and lime juice, then simmer for 5 min and seal in sterilized bottles. Heat index 9 on a scale of 1-10.
