Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 c. shredded coconut
  • 1 c. cut up gum drops
  • 3 c. sifted Robin Hood all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/4 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Инструкции

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients together thoroughly. Blend in coconut and gum drops. Add in sifted dry ingredients; mix well. Drop teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheet. Bake in moderately warm oven, 400 degrees 10 to 12 min. Yield: 6 dozen 2 1/2" cookies.
