Guinness Float

This drink takes the classic root beer float and replaces root beer with good old Guinness beer.

1 bottle Guinness draught, French Vanilla ice cream, whipped cream for garnish

Pour 3/4 of the guinness into a large cup. Add a large scoop, or two, of french vanilla ice cream. Top with remaining beer in bottle. Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
