- Cook rice and set aside. Scramble Large eggs and set aside. Chop garlic, Spam, and bell pepper real fine. Fry garlic in grease till brown. Add in bell pepper and Spam; cook till warm. Cover bottom of a pot with grease and add in the rice to it. Fold in the other ingredients with the rice. Add in salt and pepper to your taste. Put in sufficient soy sauce to make the rice brown. Stir well and heat through, stirring constantly, to keep from sticking. Ready to serve.
