Guacamole con Limon

This wonderful recipe contains no tomato, but you could add it. It's the recipe of an art professor friend, who served it one time and I made him tell me the ingredients. For lime lovers!

Ингредиенты

  • 1 medium ripe avocado, mashed
  • 2 fresh limes, squeezed
  • 1 scallion, minced
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder or 1 clove mashed
  • salt to taste
  • Tabasco to taste

Инструкции

  1. Mash the avocado and combine with everything , holding back juice of 1 lime.
  2. Squeeze the second lime on top of guacamole.
  3. Optional: tomato, cilantro
