Nothing better than fresh guacamole, to slather onto a sandwich or enjoy with nachos or soft tacos.
Ингредиенты
- 3-4 Ripe Avocados
- 1 Roma Tomato Cubed into small pieces
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Red Onion
- 1/3 Cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- 1 Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 Cerrano or Jalapeno Pepper Chopped Fine
- 1 Tsp Salt
- Shredded Cooked Chicken (Optional)
- Nachos, or Soft Taco
Инструкции
- Slice Avocados in half, remove the pit and scoop out the soft insides into a bowl or mortar and pestle.
- Crush the Avocados
- Salt Avocados
- Squeeze Lime Juice into crushed Avocados
- Add Cubed Roma Tomato
- Add Chopped Red Onion
- Add Chopped Cilantro
- Add Jalapeno or Cerrano Peppers
- Mix together well.
- Serve on soft tacos and top with cooked chicken or serve with nachos.
