Рецепт Groundnut (Peanut) Vadai
Ingredients:
- Raw Peanuts - 1 cup
- Green Chillies - 3
- Ginger - a small piece, peeled
- Mint Leaves - few
- Coriander Leaves - small handful
- Onion - 1, chopped
- Salt as per taste
- Oil as required
Method:
1. Soak the peanuts for 30 minutes and drain well.
2. Grind together with ginger, green chillies and salt.
3. Add onions, mint leaves, coriander leaves and mix well.
4. Make smalls balls of this mixture and flatten them.
5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium flame.
6. Fry the vadais till golden brown and remove.
7. Drain excess oil and serve.
