Рецепт Ground Pork and Tomatillo Chili
by Anne

Here is another fantastic chili recipe from Eating Well Magazine’s October 2013 article “Chili off the Charts.” The article as I mentioned in a previous post lists several different versions of chili with five basic steps. This version is my favorite. The ground pork combined with the spice of hot peppers along the sweetness of the tomatillo makes a very interesting blend of flavors. I’ve made a few changes to ingredients since we like our chili hot and on the dry side rather than soupy. Either way that you choose to make this dish, serve topped with slices of avocado, a dash of cheese, onions, and Greek yogurt and you will be in chili heaven! You will find Eating Well’s recipe right here. Enjoy!
