Gringo Queso Dip is a
delicious dip made in your
crock-pot, making it
perfect for entertaining
Gringo Queso Dip
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature, cubed
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 16 oz pepper jack or queso blanco Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 cup chunky salsa
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 9 oz frozen chopped creamed spinach, thawed
- 1/4 t cayenne pepper
- 1/4 t ground cumin
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1/3 cup sliced black olives
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
- 1 can diced green chilies, drained
- tortilla chips or frito corn chips
Place all ingredients in a 5 quart slow cooker, stir together well.
Heat on low for 2-4 hours until melted and creamy.
Continue to heat on low or turn slow cooker to warm to keep warm.
Serve with tortilla chips or frito scoops.
