- Soak wood chips in water for 30 min.
- Mix dill, shallots, mustard and garlic. Stuff salmon with mix. Add in lemon slices, salt and pepper.
- Oil outside of salmon. Put on grill. Use indirect heat. Put wood chips on top of coals. Cover grill. Cook for 10 min per inch thickness.
- This recipe yields 12 to 16 servings.
