Grilled Tuna With Cilantro Lime Butter

Ингредиенты

  • 4 x ahi tuna steaks - (6 to 8 ounce ea) Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 lb butter - (1 stick) grated lime zest
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 c. lime juice

Инструкции

  1. Prepare a medium-warm grill.
  2. Season tuna with salt and pepper. Grill steaks till hard and opaque in center, about 10 min for each inch of thickness.
  3. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over medium heat, heat the butter. Add in zest, increase heat to high and bring butter just to boiling point. Remove from heat and stir in the cilantro. Keep hot.
  4. Transfer tuna to a serving platter. Add in lime juice to butter mix, stir and pour sauce over tuna. Serve immediately.
  5. This recipe yields 4 servings.
