Ингредиенты

2 tsp Dijon mustard 4 x Boneless skinless chicken br 1/4 tsp Pepper 1/3 c. Butter or possibly margarine, melted

2 tsp Lemon juice 2 tsp Chopped fresh tarragon, or possibly 1/2 tsp Dry tarragon 1/2 tsp Garlic salt

Инструкции

1. Spread mustard on both sides ofchicken; sprinkle with pepper. Cover and chill at least 2 hrs.
2. COmbine butter, lemon juice, tarragon and garlic salt. Grill chicken over warm coals till juices run clear, basting with butter mix during last 3-5 min.
3. Yield 4 servings.
