  • 1/2 tsp Coriander
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger, grnd
  • 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Fenugreek seed, grnd

  1. Combine spices in a bowl. Sprinkle each fish filet with spice mix and let sit in refrigerator for 2 hrs. Grill over medium coals.
