1/4 c. softened cream cheese
2 tsp pesto

4 lrg (portobello) flat mushroom
2 Tbsp. oil

Инструкции

Combine cream cheese and pesto till smooth.
Remove stalks from mushrooms. Brush mushrooms with oil and grill. Divide cream cheese mix between mushrooms. Grill 3 min more.
