%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESainsbury's%20recently%20were%20doing%20a%20blogger%20promotion%20for%20a%20fish%20called%20River%20Cobbler,%20and%20sent%20me%20a%20voucher,%20unfortunately%20my%20local%20branch%20didn't%20stock%20it%20and%20instead%20used%20it%20to%20pick%20up%20some%20lovely%20MSC%20fresh%20Haddock%20Fillets,%20that%20were%20on%20offer%20and%20reduced%20to%2099p%20for%20the%20two!%20I%20do%20like%20a%20bargain!%20I%20am%20hoping%20to%20still%20try%20the%20River%20Cobbler,%20I've%20heard%20mixed%20reviews%20but%20always%20like%20to%20go%20with%20my%20own%20judgement%20on%20these%20things...%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EKeeping%20on%20the%20frugal%20theme%20the%20butter%20was%20just%20the%20basics%20unsalted%20stuff,%20the%20rosemary%20came%20from%20a%20neigbour's%20garden%20and%20the%20tomato%20puree%20was%20a%20recent%20discovery%20also%20by%20coincidence%20from%20Sainsbury's,%20and%20I%20use%20it%20in%20so%20many%20things%20is%20worth%20its%20fridge%20place!%20The%20lemon%20juice%20is%20from%20a%20bottle,%20far%20more%20economical%20if%20you%20don't%20often%20buy%20lemons%20or%20just%20need%20small%20amounts.%20And%20the%20potatoes%20were%20Jersey%20Royals,%20paid%20for%20by%20Dad%20when%20we%20were%20in%20Jersey.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EServes%20two%20-%20Easy%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMethod:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESoften%20the%20butter,%20either%20by%20being%20organised%20and%20leaving%20out%20of%20the%20fridge%20ahead%20of%20making%20or%20via%20a%20couple%20of%20short%20blasts%20in%20the%20microwave.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBeat%20in%20the%20lemon%20juice,%20puree,%20seasoning%20and%20rosemary,%20use%20a%20teaspoon%20or%20similar%20to%20smother%20the%20fillet.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPre-heat%20the%20grill%20to%20medium%20heat,%20place%20the%20fillets%20skin%20side%20down%20on%20foil%20and%20gently%20grill%20for%20approximately%2010%20minutes%20or%20until%20the%20fish%20flakes%20easily%20and%20is%20just%20opaque%20inside.%20Gently%20remove%20using%20a%20fish%20slice%20or%20whatever%20does%20the%20job%20in%20the%20mess%20of%20the%20kitchen%20draw.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EServe%20with%20buttered%20new%20potatoes%20and%20steamed%20vegetables%20of%20your%20choice:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESimple,%20delicious,%20healthy%20and%20nearly%20free.%20What%20more%20can%20you%20want!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThanks%20to%20Kate%20at%20Sainsbury's%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
