Ингредиенты

  • 6 x ears fresh corn with husks
  • 1/4 c. unsweetened brewed tea
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 x garlic clove chopped
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper

Инструкции

  1. Remove heavy outer husks from corn; pull back inner husks. Remove and throw away silks. Cover corn with water; let stand 30 min (keeps husks from burning).
  2. Stir together tea and next 6 ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
  3. Drain corn and pat dry. Pull husks over corn.
  4. Grill corn, covered with grill lid, over medium heat (300 to 350 degrees) 20 min. Carefully pull back husks, leaving attached. Brush kernels with vinaigrette. Serve with remaining vinaigrette.
  5. This recipe yields 6 servings.
