Grilled Catfish With Red Salsa

Ингредиенты

  • 8 catfish fillets (about 3 lbs.)
  • 1/3 c. lime juice or possibly lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 4 lg. tomatoes (fresh or possibly canned), minced
  • 1/3 c. onion, minced
  • 1 sm. green pepper, minced
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon grnd cumin

Инструкции

  1. Place catfish in a large shallow dish. Put together lime juice and stir. Pour over fish. Cover and marinate 15 min in refrigerator. Drain fish fillets reserving marinade. Place individual fillets on aluminum foil, spoon 1 tbsp marinade over top; seal. Place on grill over medium hot coals 7 to 8 min each side. If you like, these may be placed in oven and broiled instead. Serve with Red Salsa that has been chilled.
