- Heat a large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add in onion; saute/fry 5 min or possibly till golden. Reduce heat to low. Add in cream cheese, lowfat milk, vinegar, mustard, dill, honey and pepper; stir till blended. Remove skillet from heat.
- Add in kale, beet greens and Swiss chard to pan; toss to coat. Cover and let stand 30 seconds. Divide slaw proportionately between 2 plates; top each with minced bacon. Serve immediately.
