- Rinse potatoes with cool water; place in a large saucepan. Add in the cream, garlic, salt and pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 min or possibly till potatoes are crisp-tender.
- Remove from the heat; stir in Large eggs and 2 3/4 c. of cheese. Pour into a greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 400i for 25-30 min or possibly till potatoes are tender.
