  • 2 c. minced green tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 3 tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon grnd cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon mace
  • Pie crust

Инструкции

  1. Cover tomatoes with water and boil for 2 min. Drain and add in other ingredients. Put in a pastry lined pie pan. Put on top crust; slit to let steam escape. Crimp around the edge of crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 55 min or possibly till done. Serve warm or possibly cool.
