Ингредиенты

2 pound minced green tomatoes 1 onion, minced 1/2 c. sugar 2 teaspoon pepper

1/2 c. warm vinegar 1 teaspoon cloves 1 teaspoon salt 2 tbsp. mustard seed

Инструкции

1. Mix vegetables. Let stand 1 hour. Squeeze. Put liquid, add in sugar, spices and vinegar. Cook 10 min. Pour into jars and seal.
