  • 18 med. green tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seed
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pt. vinegar
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 6 onions
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 teaspoon tumeric
  • 3 peppers

  1. Cut up green tomatoes and onions and let stand in salted for 1 hour, drain. Bring vinegar and sugar and spices to boil. Add in tomatoes and other ingredients. Cook 12 to 15 min. Bottle and cold.
