1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
2/3 c. boiling water
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. butter or possibly salad oil
1 clove garlic, chopped

Healthy pinch of pepper
2 tbsp. basil
2 tbsp. parsley
Cooked pasta

Blend all ingredients except pasta. Heat slowly. Serve hot over the cooked pasta.
