Ингредиенты

4 x Green tomatos
1 sm Read onion, finely minced
2 x Fresh green chiles, seeded and minced
1/2 c. Minced fresh coriander

1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp White vinegar
1/2 tsp Salt

Just mix 'em all together and serve in 30 min I didn't have any fresh coriander, so I used grnd up seed.
