2 lg. heads Romaine lettuce, washed and dry

1/2 pound jicama, peeled and julienned

Инструкции

1. Tear lettuce into small pcs and place in salad bowl or possibly divide proportionately among 8 plates. Top with jicama.
2. Make dressing: Combine all ingredients together in a jar and shake vigorously. Pour over greens; toss well. Serves 8.
