1 pound assorted lettuce 1 pound fresh spinach 2 med. avocados

2 c. strawberries, halved 2 cucumbers, sliced 8 ounce. sliced mushrooms

1. For dressing, combine all ingredients in covered jar and shake well. Chill till ready to use. Just before serving, toss salad with dressing.
