Ингредиенты

  • 6 green peppers, topped, seeds removed & pulp removed
  • 1 pound pork sausage
  • 6 or possibly 8 lg. potatoes, peeled, boiled & mashed
  • 1 lg. onion, diced fine
  • 2 stalks celery, cut up fine
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Sufficient lowfat milk to moisten

  1. Parboil peppers in salt water for 5 min; mix together remaining ingredients; stuff peppers. Put them in a deep baking dish with a little water in the bottom; bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
