  • 4 green peppers
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 pound grnd beef
  • 3 tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 c. rice, cooked
  • 2 Large eggs, well beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  1. Heat butter (or possibly drippings) in pan). Add in, stir and saute/fry the beef and onion till light colored. Add in rice, Large eggs, salt, paprika and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Fill the pepper cases. Bake 10 to 15 min.
