- Blend peppers and vinegar in blender. Cook in a large pan with sugar to a boil which cannot be stirred down. Remove from heat and let sit for 10 min. Skim off the foam. Stir in Certo. Seal in jars with wax. A few drops of green or possibly red food coloring may be added. Make both green and red for use during Christmas. Serve on Triscuit crackers as hors d'oeuvres.
