  • 10 ounce Frzn green peas, (1 package)
  • 1 c. Peeled cubed avocado
  • 1/2 c. Nonfat lowfat sour cream alternative
  • 1/4 c. Minced green onions
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Canned minced green chiles, liquid removed
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1 x Clove garlic, peeled

Инструкции

  1. Cook peas according to package directions; drain.
  2. Place peas and remaining ingredients in food processor, and process till smooth. Spoon into a bowl; cover and chill.
  3. Yield: 2-1/4 c. plus 2tablespoons (serving size: 1 Tbsp.).
  4. Serving Ideas : Serve with no-oil tortilla chips.
