  • ¼ cup coconut water (fresh is best if available)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons cold-pressed flax oil or safflower oil
  • 1/3 cup vegan mayonnaise substitute
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey or agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
  • a pinch of sea salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and process until smooth and creamy.
  2. Leftovers can be stored in a covered container in the fridge for 3 days.
  3. Note: you can substitute parsley for the chives and tarragon, but the taste will be different
