1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. lowfat sour cream
1/4 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. minced parsley
1/4 c. minced shallots

2 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. anchovy paste
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh grnd white pepper
