- Bring 6 qts water to boil and add in 2 Tbsp. salt.
- In a 12- to 14-inch saute/fry pan, mash together Gorgonzola and butter till smooth. Add in grappa and simmer 4 min. Place Green Gnocchi in water and cook at low boil till they float. Drain well and toss into pan. Toss over medium heat, add in Asiago and chives, pour into warmed bowl and serve.
