  • three eggs
  • one slice of American Cheese
  • several slices of deli or baked ham
  • green food coloring
  • oil

  1. Tear up the ham and cheese into small pieces.
  2. Setting the heat to medium, pour a small amount of oil into a pan.
  3. Crack three eggs into the pan.
  4. Add ham and cheese, plus several drops of food coloring.
  5. Scramble until done.
