2 lg. Granny Smith apples 2 tbsp. lemon or possibly lime juice 3 1/2 c. cooked, diced chicken 1 1/3 c. cooked rice 1 c. mayonnaise

1/2 c. almonds, slivered 1 tbsp. minced onion 1 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 3 teaspoon curry pwdr

1. Core and dice apples. Combine diced apples and lime juice. Stir in chicken and rice. Blend mayonnaise, almonds, onion, salt, pepper and curry pwdr. Cover and chill. NOTE: This recipe can also be made with turkey.
